Matt McDonald is the Managing Director of Vista Development Ltd. and ProNet Capital, LLC, Vista’s Colorado-based sister company. Currently, he is overseeing the development of the Andaz Turks & Caicos, the first Andaz property in the Caribbean and a milestone project for Hyatt’s luxury lifestyle brand. Located on Grace Bay Beach, this landmark resort and residential development redefines modern Caribbean living with bold design, immersive experiences, and exceptional investment opportunities.

As co-founder of ProNet Capital in 2000 with W. Scott Boatman, Matt has led the boutique private equity and real estate development firm in its successful track record of developing multifamily properties in the Seattle area and hospitality projects throughout the Caribbean market.

Matt brings extensive financial management experience with private and publicly held companies, along with a significant background in the banking industry. He is an active Board Member for the $1 billion West Caicos Reserve project, where he led recapitalization and restructuring efforts that resulted in a $120 million equity investment.

In Turks and Caicos, Matt was the first developer to introduce new luxury villas to Providenciales’ north shore, including the 7,600+ square foot Mother’s House, which achieved the island’s highest resale price in 2017 at $7.625 million. Additionally, as Director of Development for NCPA, he is managing the marina and residential development of over 100 acres in the North Creek area of Grand Turk.
