Max Litke is a partner and director of talent partnerships at Millennial Entertainment, a prominent management firm representing varied high-profile digital, traditional celebrity, and athlete talent.
Litke supports notable figures such as USWNT legend Carli Lloyd, actor Josh Peck, digital creator Kate Mackz, and chef personality Shereen Pavlides, among others.
Since joining Millennial in 2021, Litke has closed over $20 million in deals that span brand partnerships, new business ventures, and expansion into new verticals.
For Lloyd, Litke secured global TV spots with Michelob Ultra and Geico, while cultivating multi-year partnerships with Nike, Delta, Fanduel, Panini, Betterment, and Veo. When working with clients, Litke takes a future driven approach. He negotiated an ownership stake in former NWSL club, Gotham FC, and supported Lloyd’s entrance to a buzz-worthy broadcast career. After a difficult battle with IVF, Litke worked with Carli to secure an exclusive feature with Women’s Health Magazine to announce her pregnancy and shed light on the fertility struggles that many athletes face. Litke has also helped Lloyd to expand her influence in the fertility space by cultivating relationships with organizations like Baby Quest.
This past year, Litke signed Kate Mackz, a former track athlete with a knack for interviewing celebrity talent in a running format. Litke brought Kate’s platform to new heights by applying an athlete endorsement style strategy to a longer-term focus on traditional media. This strategy resulted in a seven-figure business for Kate which includes long-term deals with sports adjacent brands such as Adidas, Celsius, and Peloton among others. In addition to the brand endorsements, Litke sourced and negotiated a podcast deal with iHeart Media which includes an impressive six-figure guarantee as well as a seven-figure marketing commitment. Litke also takes a community impact approach in his work with Kate and recently secured a digital show with Maybelline where funds are donated to NAMI each episode. Litke continues to look to the future with Kate and has already started to leverage preexisting relationships with the ATP, Formula One, NFL, NBA, and more to help build a robust portfolio that can lead to a linear broadcast transition.
Formerly, Litke honed his skills at WME, ascending from intern to agent trainee in the Sports Talent group – working on the teams behind Venus Williams, Cam Newton, Christian Pulisic, Odell Beckham Jr., and others.
