Max Sapelov is CoinLoan’s co-founder and CTO. He makes decisions regarding the
company’s technological infrastructure and ensures that these are in alignment with
business goals. His duties include identifying long- and short-term IT needs, overseeing
system designs and changes, and leading CoinLoan’s technical team in everyday
operations.
Max has over ten years of experience in technology and finance, especially in cybersecurity,
cryptography, and software development. He made the first transaction with cryptocurrency
in 2012 and has been deeply involved in fintech and blockchain technologies ever since.
The entrepreneur studied Computer Science in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Cryptography at Stanford
University. Previously, Max worked as an independent IT contractor and consultant and was
also a co-founder and CTO of IT Security Group, a company specializing in developing
security solutions for payment processing and blockchain technologies.
