Megan Keaveny | Source | Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at REAL New York

Megan's answer on where she's from is a bit complicated, as NYC is the 12th city she's moved to in her life. Hailing from different parts of California and the south, she considers Dallas, TX her true hometown. It was there she became the top-producing and record-breaking real estate agent at a startup called Smart City Locating.

After riding a huge wave of growth and success, including moving to Houston to start a new branch for Smart City and build a top-producing team from the ground up, she ventured to where she really felt drawn: bigger cities. Megan took time off of real estate as she moved to Chicago to pursue creative goals, working as many as 5 jobs at once to keep the dream alive. When COVID hit, she was essentially back to square one and started helping friends with their apartment searches. She immediately clicked back into her real estate groove and knew she had to get back into what she's best at. She turned her gaze to NYC and never looked back.

Outside of work, Megan loves podcasts, spin classes, doing anything and everything outside, reading, keeping up with her long distance best friends and support system who live all over the country, and she LOVES TikTok -- she even runs the RealNY account! (@real_ny_properties).
