Mehdi has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He started his real estate journey buying and remodeling single family homes & condominiums in Canada and the US. Mehdi is the founder of The JMK Group, a vertically integrated real estate company that offers services in investment, construction & maintenance (plumbing/hvac/electrical), brokerage and property management.

Mehdi serves currently as the Chief Executive Officer for the JMK organization and is responsible for developing & executing the company’s strategy, long term goals, expansion efforts as well as managing the day-to-day operation. Notably, Mehdi grew the investment and management operation to oversee over 1000 doors / $200M in assets under management.

Prior to founding JMK, Mehdi led a corporate career in a Fortune 500 company, holding different leadership roles in market development, marketing, sales, and general management overseeing over $60M+ in yearly revenue.

Mehdi Khachani received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in Canada. He also earned a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from The Wharton School of Business. Mehdi is a licensed general contractor, plumbing contractor, real estate broker and community association manager in the State of Florida. Mehdi is an accredited real estate investor.

Mehdi loves to play tennis, and swim. He's traveled to over 50 countries. Mehdi lives in Miami Beach with his wife Jessica and 2 boys.
