  • Discover the Skincare Benefits of Witch Hazel with Expert Meka Mathis
Meka explains that witch hazel, a native US shrub, is used in skincare for its "astringent, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and moisturizing properties." Available in cleansers, toners, and body washes, it benefits skin health and soothes rashes. Witch hazel products have a shelf life of three years, despite no FDA expiration requirement.

Meka assures, "Self-care is a trait of a true man," encouraging men to embrace facials without feeling less masculine.
