Mell McCracken serves as the Executive Director of No Matter What Recovery, where they oversee the clinical treatment program and manage the sexualized drug use curriculum. With nearly a decade of experience, Mell holds certifications as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Level II (CADC-II), Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT), and Registered Addiction Expert (RAE), underscoring their expertise in addiction recovery and specialized therapy.

Mell is a passionate advocate for healing and transformation, dedicating their career to empowering individuals to overcome addiction, especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Their work blends substance abuse counseling, sex addiction therapy, and treatment program development to create impactful, long-lasting change.

Recognized both nationally and internationally as an LGBT+ educator, co-author, and treatment provider, Mell also serves as a faculty member at the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals. Throughout their career, they have been committed to breaking stigmas and uplifting marginalized voices through education and LGBTQ+ activism, fostering change one conversation at a time.
