The Q2 Index results reflect some interesting trends. An uptick in IPOs partially offset the slower pace of M&A exits through the first half of 2019. We are also seeing some of the strongest venture capital fund formation activity since the 2008 recession and a very robust fundraising climate for maturing companies.
