Michael Hamilton is the CEO of Peeva Inc, a pioneering company in the pet microchipping industry. Since its inception in November 2016, Peeva has revolutionized pet identification and safety, successfully chipping its first pet in 2019. Since offering Peeva’s centralized microchip registry and unified health records database online in July of 2020, Peeva has acquired 211,000 customers in 2024 YTD.

With over a decade of prior experience at renowned organizations such as Bloomberg LP, Wolters Kluwer, and DTI Global, Michael brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Hamilton has held various positions in consulting, business development, competitive and sector intelligence, legal and regulatory compliance, eDiscovery, and litigation support.

Michael's technical acumen is evident through his acquisition of various certificates in EDD, data mining, document review, and interrelated technologies. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of legal research tools like Bloomberg BNA, Westlaw, and Lexis Nexus. Furthermore, he is well-versed in IT fulfillment, procurement, design, deployment, integration, disaster recovery, info security, and BIG continuity planning. Michael's expertise also extends to web development, ranging from AJAX to Ruby on Rails.

As a proficient manager, Michael excels in monitoring and guiding working capital, overseeing P/Ls exceeding $56 million. He consistently drives sales team performance metrics and ensures the approval of SOWs. He is adept at regulating, modifying, and implementing changes to foster year-over-year organic growth.

Throughout his career, Michael has achieved remarkable sales accomplishments. As a Bloomberg Varsity Sales Team member, he played a crucial role in large-scale national litigation support projects. He quarterbacked EDD in a $3.2 billion AMEX class action.
