Calix reports that customers are contemplating or applying for BEAD funding, but stagnant inventory led to a GAAP gross margin net loss.
Follow these three principles that explain “culture is a how,” as it’s a task for everyone, not just leaders.
“If you just stick to speed and that’s the only go-to-market that you have, then you can expect your prices are going to go down, your margins are going to be compressed and you’re going to be in a commodity market."
“Tombigbee Fiber is running rings around legacy competitors by focusing on a great customer experience, resulting in an NPS enviable in any industry. We are very proud that the Calix platform, including Calix Cloud, and our customer success army have been key enablers of their success. Building on this strong foundation, they can now easily expand their value to the community and strengthen their brand by turning on SmartTown with virtually no integration because Calix has done the heavy lifting within the platform. We are very excited to support Tombigbee’s success as they transform their community.”
“The Calix mission is to leverage the democratizing power of our platform and managed services to allow even the smallest BSP to simplify their business, excite their subscribers, and grow their value for the community—which is the first priority of most tribally owned broadband providers. Mohawk Networks is an inspiration to the Calix team and to other tribal BSPs as they transform their community while retaining ownership of their future. The simplicity of our platform ensures long-term profit and sustainability and allows for additional investment in the community. Meanwhile, new managed services like ProtectIQ and ExperienceIQ protect tribal members and enhance lives. The Calix team is proud to support Mohawk Networks and the community of Akwesasne as they transform their future. Their purpose is an inspiration to our entire team every day.”
