Michele Williams
Michele is a Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. She is an expert in trust and relationships, especially in negotiations, building, maintaining and repairing trust in team-based relationships and across demographic and organizational boundaries. She also studies women in leadership and entrepreneurship, in particular the social construction of gender, gender equity within firms and established and entrepreneurial ventures, and factors affecting women as team members, boundary spanners, and business owners.
