I am a partner at the law firm of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where I focus my practice on creditors rights and real estate disputes.

My practice includes litigation throughout Florida regarding, among other things, commercial foreclosures, work outs, modifications, receiverships, landlord-tenant disputes, note purchases, and real estate litigation relating to contracts, easements, and land use. I handle a variety of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and domestication and enforcement of out-of-state judgments. I also have significant experience representing gas station owners and operators in connection with the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, fuel supply issues, branding issues, and landlord-tenant disputes.
