Michelle is an accomplished professional dancer most commonly known for the variety of classes she teaches. She currently works as the San Francisco Group Fitness Regional Director and Instructor at Crunch. She has presented at SCW Mania, IDEA World Fitness, International Conventions, and SELF workouts in the park, and can be seen on her Crunch DVDs along with her streaming workouts on Crunchplus.com. Michelle feels honored to be a Master Trainer for major fitness brands such as POUND, CRUNCH, and Jillian Michaels Bodyshred. She is excited to share her wellness program MOBILITY as she lives to inspire and hopes to do this for all who cross her path.
