Mihail Dobrinov is the founder and CEO of Trimon Capital Management, LLC. Prior to launching his firm, he had 25 years of varied experience in institutional asset management. Mihail started his career as a fixed-income and credit analyst, a position in which he spent 8 years investing in international and emerging markets bonds and currencies. He then moved on to equities, where he spent 17 years working with international and emerging markets portfolios in both analyst and portfolio manager roles. In his last position Mihail was the head of emerging equities and lead portfolio manager with a major asset manager. Mihail has a law degree from Sofia University and an MBA degree from University of Iowa. He is a CFA charterholder.
