Mike is the Chief Technology Officer at Lead Bank. His responsibilities include identifying security threats and forming processes to mitigate them, and developing and executing a multi-year technology strategy that supports the Bank's business services, including national digital consumer and commercial banking. Additionally, Mike oversees all channel partnerships to ensure a consistent banking approach. Before Lead Bank, he was Co-Chief Technology Officer at Advance America.
