Michael G. Tingus, one of the region's top commercial brokers, has served as President and Managing Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North Ventura since 2004, presiding over the growth of the company from a single office in Sherman Oaks in 2004, to include three additional offices in Calabasas, Ventura County and Antelope Valley with sales and leasing revenues in excess of $650 million annually. As Lee LA North/Ventura’s dynamic leader, Mike guides 55 commercial real estate agents including 29 principals in the specialties of office, industrial, retail and investment services, and he has built one of the three largest commercial real estate companies in the region. A respected member of the management team of the Lee Group of Companies, Mike has played an instrumental role in the growth and national expansion of the company from 20 offices located mostly in Southern California to the current roster of 51 nationwide offices with specialized multi-disciplinary services that now include valuation, facility and corporate services and more. His commercial real estate expertise is informed by more than 26 years of experience assisting tenants, property owners and investors throughout the Los Angeles and Ventura County regions. One of the most active brokers in the area, Mike prides himself on his longstanding relationships, and he has assisted many of his clients for well over two decades, serving as a strategic partner as their business grows and evolves.
