I am a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, specializing in cross-border deals. Throughout my career, I served as an MD, Structured Products at one of the largest privately-owned banks in emerging markets, where I successfully created and led a team of 13 professionals, managing a book of approximately $2 billion.

In 2020, together with Sergey Shlyuger, I established a venture business line at BCS Financial Group. Notably, our team launched the first product within four months from inception and maintained one of the best cost/income ratios within the group.

Furthermore, I am an angel investor with a portfolio comprising over 30 personal early-stage VC investments across the globe. In this capacity, I frequently provide assistance with fundraising, networking, and strategy advice. I am an active member of angel investor communities such as AngelsDeck and the New Economic Investors Club.

My latest venture, Ameetee is a B2B fintech platform that offers financial institutions the opportunity to present investment opportunities in private companies to their clients in the same way they do with public ones. Ameetee was created to democratize the market for shares of private companies, by converting them into a product that is available not only to large banks but also to smaller financial organizations.
