Misha Ezratti is President of GL Homes, one of Florida’s largest, privately owned luxury homebuilders and master-planned community developers, and an expert in the single-family housing industry. For over 45 years, GL Homes has created exceptional 55+ and family communities and built quality residences in Florida’s most desirable locations, with a focus on Palm Beach County, and the communities of Estero, Naples, Port St. Lucie, and Tampa Bay. GL was one of the first homebuilders to develop large-scale, amenity-rich communities while still allowing buyers the ability to customize their homes. GL Homes recently launched sales at Lotus Edge, a new luxury single-family home community in Boca Raton with homes starting at $1.4 million, and has sold over 3,000 homes in the past five years at its Valencia active adult communities in Riverland, a master-planned development in Port St. Lucie. Under Ezratti’s leadership, GL Homes has grown its community outreach and philanthropic activities to focus on issues such as homelessness, hunger relief, children and education. The company supports an array of local non-profits and charities through hands-on volunteer work and financial donations. Ezratti holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
