I am a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Osteopathic Physician with Advanced Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction of the hip and knee. I began my career at Kaiser Permanente, where for nearly ten years, I performed thousands of hip and knee replacement surgeries and countless procedures for orthopedic traumas. During this time, I also served as the program director for the Orthopedic Surgery Residency, mentoring residents and conducting clinical research. Having established a notable career in Southern California and being recognized for my award-winning surgical skills, teaching and contributions to orthopedic research, my partner Mareena and I the co-founded M Bone and Joint, an Orthopedic Private Practice in Corona, California.
My expertise includes musculoskeletal health with emphasis on orthopedic surgery, particularly with primary and revision total joint arthroplasty of the hip and knee. I am proficiency in minimally invasive procedures, platelet rich plasma, stem cell injections and ultrasound-guided surgery, along with engagement in artificial intelligence advancements to enhance surgical outcomes. I have also delivered lectures at national conferences, sharing my insights and expertise with peers. As an Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California Riverside and Western University of Health Sciences, I am dedicated to education and mentorship. My research focuses on regenerative health, mobile technology, ortho biologics, and extracorporeal shock wave treatment, making me a sought-after expert witness known for my comprehensive knowledge and innovative approach to musculoskeletal health.
