Hi! I’m Monique Levy, a Fractional COO based in St. Louis, bringing an innovative approach to operational leadership. I work with public-private agencies, small businesses, and nonprofits, helping them build strong, people-first foundations that drive sustainable growth. With a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law and a bachelor’s from the University of Florida, I blend a dynamic skill set with a warm, thoughtful approach, prioritizing the well-being of teams and aligning business operations with core values.

My expertise lies in optimizing people operations and business processes, ensuring companies don’t just run smoothly but are set up for long-term, values-driven success. Whether I’m coaching executives through critical decisions or diving into complex operational challenges, my goal is to help leaders unlock their full potential and create environments where teams can thrive.

Outside of work, I’m a proud champion of St. Louis’ Arts and Culture scene, serving on the Friends Board of the Saint Louis Art Museum and the Board of Saint Louis Dance Theater. When I’m not cheering on my beloved Florida Gators, you’ll find me exploring the city with my fiercely independent daughter, traveling, or enjoying concerts with my husband.

Let’s connect and talk about what’s next for the future of work!

  • Winning Back Employee Engagement: A Leadership Imperative
Monique stresses, “Engagement is earned, not given.” Leaders must own their role in disengagement, prioritize clear communication, and model accountability. Successful turnarounds begin with vulnerability and a commitment to listen and course-correct. Removing toxic influences and fostering a culture of integrity and growth are key. Engagement is a continuous pursuit, not a one-time fix.
  • The Future of Work: Balancing Remote and Office Dynamics
Monique highlights that while remote work enhances productivity, "the real magic" happens in offices where spontaneous interactions spark innovation. Successful RTO mandates create excitement, blending remote and in-office work. The future lies in recognizing diverse work styles and nurturing human connections for thriving businesses and employees.
  • Boosting Workplace Productivity Amidst Global Distractions
Monique advises that work should be an anchor amidst chaos. She suggests leaders set "clear priorities," allow flexible work structures, and model focus. Employees should manage inputs, prioritize tasks, and protect deep work time. By controlling what they can and letting go of the rest, employees can achieve productivity despite external noise.
