Nate LaFerle has been a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest organizations tackling complex data management challenges. After traveling the world leading global project teams at well-known clients like 3M, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson on behalf of Boston-based software and services company Syniti, Nate served in a series of executive roles at the firm, where he spearheaded a number of transformational organizational, talent and technology initiatives for the firm and its 1,300+ worldwide employees. In 2022, he left Syniti to build an independent consulting practice, where he continues to advise and lead clients on their journeys to improved business insights and efficiency.
