Nathan Will is head of Municipal Credit Research at Vanguard. He joined Vanguard in 2006 and previously was a senior municipal credit analyst with a focus on high-yield, including project finance and the U.S. territories. Before joining the Municipal Credit team, he was in-house counsel to Vanguard, advising Vanguard Fixed Income Group, and in particular the Municipal Credit Research team, on a variety of legal issues related to the fixed income market. He holds a B.A. with honors from Trinity College (CT) and a J.D. cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
