Neal leads IBM’s Talent Management Consulting team in the Asia-Pacific region. He is a seasoned executive consultant and have over the past 20 years helped many of the region’s biggest and brightest organizations understand and act on their key talent management needs, with particular focus in more recent times on transformation, competency-based talent management, assessments, big data and analytics, and AI. His passion is in facilitating those ‘aha moments’ that change mindsets and open up new possibilities for how we manage our workforces in the future.
