Neil Owens | Source | President and COO at Medicure

Dr. Neil has worked with Medicure since 2014, serving in various positions of escalating responsibility within Medical Affairs, and most recently as Director, Scientific Affairs. He is currently responsible for implementing Medicure's strategic plans and overseeing day-to-day operations including the advancement and management of new and existing pharmaceutical products. Dr. Neil received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Manitoba and has Postdoctoral experience with the European Institute of Chemistry and Biology (Bordeaux, France). His research background has focused on organic & medicinal chemistry, and overall, the application of science towards solving health-related issues.
