Originally from Bakersfield, California, Cope attended Humboldt State University where he studied cellular molecular biology. He relocated to Las Vegas in 2005 to continue his education at UNLV, ultimately graduating with a bachelor’s in business administration.

After college, Cope spent a decade managing nightlife venues and VIP experiences along the iconic Las Vegas Strip, earning recognition as one of the top VIP host in the city. His years of hosting provided him with unmatched networking abilities and a profound understanding of Las Vegas's vibrant local culture.

In 2017, Cope pivoted to real estate and partnered on three major real estate projects in the Midwest, where he oversaw the development and stabilization of a 417-unit luxury multi-family apartment complex in Aurora-Naperville, Illinois; 115 new construction spec homes in Bettendorf-Quad Cities, Iowa; and the renovation of a historic courthouse and hotel into a luxury multifamily apartment on Capitol Street in downtown Jackson, Mississippi.

Cope is driven by a desire to scale his real estate business and become a leading figure in luxury real estate in Las Vegas. With a focus on building his own team and expanding his reach within the community, he aims to elevate the real estate experience for his clients while continuing to make a difference in the lives of those around him.

Deeply involved in the community, Cope is a dedicated member and volunteer of Central Church and Hope For the City, where he leads initiatives aimed at connecting people and making a positive impact on the lives of others. His involvement is driven by helping people overcome addiction, exit abusive situations, restore broken relationships, receive hope through food and housing resources, and improve their quality of life.
