Nick Falcone is an innovator and recognized leader in Florida’s tourism and hospitality industry. He founded NDM Hospitality in 2011 with the vision of becoming a multi-faceted hospitality, real estate, and technology conglomerate. In 2015, NDM Hospitality’s now fastest-growing company, Rentyl Resorts, launched the first branded residential resort in the world. Falcone developed partnerships with Marriott Homes & Villas®, The Walt Disney Travel Company®, Margaritaville, and the Jack Nicklaus Companies to innovate the vacation rental experience.

This new sector of lodging blends the comforts of a vacation home rental with the experience of a resort under a consistent brand experience. Rentyl Resorts continues to grow, providing management services for property owners under branded residential resorts and adding more brands to its portfolio. Its current portfolio includes Orlando area properties Encore Resort at Reunion, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, Spectrum Resort Orlando, and the new Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk - the brand’s first condominium hotel.
