Nick Falcone is an innovator and recognized leader in the tourism and hospitality industry. Since 2011, Falcone and his team have been changing the face of real estate, travel, and tech, creating new ways to manage real estate and take vacations.
In 2015, he co-founded Rentyl Resorts, and launched the first branded residential resort in the world. Rentyl provides hospitality companies, residential developers, real estate investors and well-known brands with turnkey services. Its 360-degree solution for development of short-term rental resorts includes site planning, construction and real estate sales and marketing. For existing resorts, Rentyl offers marketing, sales, and guest services including reservations.
Brands under the Rentyl Resorts portfolio include Encore Resort at Reunion, Margaritaville Resort Orlando, The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, Spectrum Resort Orlando, Islands of Islamorada, and Beachwalk. Falcone has also developed partnerships with Marriott Homes & Villas®, The Walt Disney Travel Company®, Margaritaville, and the Jack Nicklaus Companies.
Now he is now leading the launch of Rentyl Homes, Rentyl Apartments, and Spire Loyalty, the first multi-industry loyalty program. When not working, he loves spending time with his wife, Jaclyn and four children Nicholas Jr., Olivia, Bennett and James. He is a devoted fan of his alma mater, Florida State University, and his hometown team, the Miami Dolphins.
