Nick Perr is one of the managing partners at Pali Wine Co., a family-owned winery with a passion for crafting exceptional wines in Santa Barbara County. As the pandemic unfolded, Nick took on a more prominent role in his parents' business and now leads the winery with his wife and gardening influencer, Carmen Perr. Nick is propelling the winery towards more natural winemaking practices and is keen on creating immersive experiences that allow more people to witness the charm of the Central Coast, and to appreciate the craftsmanship involved in making their wines.

Pali Wine Co.’s deep love for the region propels its three unique brands with three distinct wine making approaches: Pali Wine Co., Tower 15 and Neighborhood Winery, all of which are made from sustainable, organic or biodynamically sourced grapes. Neighborhood Winery introduces creative, playful natural wines. What began as Nick's personal project has evolved into Pali Wine Co.’s fastest growing brand. The wines under Neighborhood all embrace natural winemaking practices, which include native-yeast fermentation, an absence of additives during winemaking and élevage, and being unfined & unfiltered.
