Prior to joining Surgent, Nick was a practicing tax and business attorney with his own boutique firm, bringing more than 25 years of experience in tax and regulation to his role with Surgent. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School at Widener University and bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
