I have over 10 years of experience in implementing computational science, machine learning, multi-objective evolutionary algorithms, data management, data science, statistical methods for deterministic and probabilistic data analyses, data integration and visualization, business intelligence, transportation infrastructure analysis and design, infrastructure asset management, program and project management, client communication, quality assurance and quality control. I hold a PhD in Civil Engineering and a doctoral minor in Computational Science from Penn State. I am a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional.
