Nina's experience spans food business consulting, education, cooking, and entrepreneurship. She has lead over 70 food businesses through business training programs, one-on-one advising, and culinary development courses. In March 2019, she lead the launch of the Ashland Market & Cafe, a 2100 sq. ft. food hall in unincorporated Alameda County, California that serves as an incubator space for 4 local food businesses. Nina enjoys working with food entrepreneurs and supporting businesses in innovation strategy, brand building, marketing, and financing.
For items served from the counter, food is freshly made inside each location and assembled to order. Bread for the stackers is baked fresh daily. Grab-and-go items are made by a trusted commissary partner using recipes developed by Kum & Go internally or by the TCE team.
