Nina's experience spans food business consulting, education, cooking, and entrepreneurship. She has lead over 70 food businesses through business training programs, one-on-one advising, and culinary development courses. In March 2019, she lead the launch of the Ashland Market & Cafe, a 2100 sq. ft. food hall in unincorporated Alameda County, California that serves as an incubator space for 4 local food businesses. Nina enjoys working with food entrepreneurs and supporting businesses in innovation strategy, brand building, marketing, and financing.
