I am a NY native transplanted in Nashville, TN. I currently hold the position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Joseph Hotel, Luxury Collection.

I am graduate of the Culinary Institute of America where I hold a bachelors degree in Baking and Pastry Management as well as other awards and accolades.

I am a proud Valrhona Cercle V Member and love all things pastry.

In my free time I love to be in the kitchen at home, hike the great outdoors, travel, and spend quality time with my husband Daniel, friends, and dog Hoover.
