Oleg has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur. Nine years before the launch of Sweat Economy, Oleg co–founded Sweatcoin, a digital currency backed by physical movement and a stepping stone to the launch of $SWEAT–tokenized physical activity. Sweatcoin has more than 140 million users, and $SWEAT has more than 10 million token holders. $SWEAT is the 9th most widely held and 13th most actively used token in the Web3 world.

From time spent with household brand names like Coca–Cola, PepsiCo, and Mars, Oleg gained expertise in the areas of mobile product development, consumer propositions, and behavioral psychology. His time with Boston Consulting Group honed his knowledge of strategy development, consultancy, and marketing and brand management.
Oleg has recently moved from the UK to Portugal with his wife, two teenage kids, and his Australian Shepherd, Bear. Oleg loves hiking and taking walks with Bear every day, traveling, and has already visited more than 50 countries, climbing some high mountains with the most recent one being Kilimanjaro, which he climbed with his son over the last Christmas. Also, Oleg is not a surfer but can make a day of pretending to be one. He is fluent in English and Russian and can string a few words together en Español.
