Olivia is the Executive Director at Sweetwater Spectrum, an innovative, community-based, long-term housing option for adults with autism or similar intellectual/developmental disabilities, located in the heart of Sonoma, CA. She has worked closely with Sweetwater since 2017. Olivia had a leadership role with a local Supportive Living Service Agency, ultimately having direct management for over $5 million in programs, cultivating and maintaining stakeholder and donor relationships.
