As Head of People and Talent at Sensat, Paddy leads a cross-functional team of HR, Talent and Ops professionals, his mission is to assemble an exceptional team and enable our biggest asset, our people, to achieve amazing things. Paddy is motivated by outcomes, and he likes to work backwards, to build processes, relationships and systems. I’m fond of whiteboards and spreadsheets. In his spare time, he likes to give back to the startup ecosystem and act as an advisor to a number of seed and early-stage businesses.
