Pat Mann Phillips | Source | Chairman of the Board Elect at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo

Pat Mann Phillips was elected as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ chairman of the board elect for 2023 and will become eligible for chairman of the board for the 2024 Rodeo. She has been a standout volunteer for the Rodeo since she joined as a life member in 2001. She is known by all as genuine, compassionate and confident, yet humble.

Phillips is married to her best friend, Tim Phillips. Phillips graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management and a BBA in Finance. She has had a successful career in the energy industry and currently serves as the executive director for a global management consulting firm.
