Patricia is a native New Yorker. She came to real estate after a long and successful career on Wall Street. Patti, having lived in just about every neighborhood in the city, gives expert advice and direction to her agents. She spent her first few years in real estate as an agent, which gives her a unique prospective when relating to her agents. Patti spent over ten years as a sales manager at one of the city’s largest firms. During her stay, she became involved in training and agent education. She is passionate about creating and developing professional agents. Patti is knowledgeable about all aspects of residential real estate, renting, buying, and selling, She is excited to be a part of the AKAM Sales and Brokerage team.
