Patrick Flood | Source | Founder, CEO at Owners in Honor

Patrick Flood is the CEO & Founder of Owners in Honor, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that supports veterans and their spouses in becoming entrepreneurs through acquisition. He is passionate about creating positive impact and driving social change. Patrick holds an MBA from Duke University, an MS in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential.

He also serves as the President of Crossed Arrows Advisors, a business consulting company that provides advisory services to businesses focused on supporting U.S. military veterans and their families. With over 25 years of military service as a Green Beret, Patrick has developed strong skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. He has received multiple honors, including the Purple Heart, the Bronze Star for Valor, and the Mission Honor Award. Patrick is fluent in Spanish and French and has published several articles on organizational structure, unit cohesion, and networked communications.
