Springer recently completed 20+ year career at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director in their institutional securities business. As a leader in their global equities business, he advised North-American based institutional equity investors and led the distribution of numerous international equity offerings deals, helping raise upwards of $50 billion of capital for global corporations in technology and other industries over the past ten years.
Patrick has led & managed three different investment specialist & capital raising franchises at Morgan Stanley for US, All-Asia, and Japan. A client-driven and producing manager for all of these franchises, Patrick’s highly differentiated teams have been consistently ranked top two in North America based on revenues, polls, & surveys. He has led the distribution on more than 250 equity deals to North American investors.
Patrick has extensive experience presenting and discussing financial markets, equities, macro and investment issues. He has detailed markets experience both in the US & global equities, ranging from US and DM, Japan & China, & Greater EM. Branding investment and research products is his specialty.
As a business manager, Patrick has detailed hands-on experience developing careers and transforming teams to be scalable product marketing forces that keep their specialist capabilities that investors value. He is well-known for maximizing revenues through collaboration and managing strong working relationships across regions and business groups.
Springer has an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business school, and degrees in economics and Asian languages from Rutgers University.
