Paul has been involved in the UK property industry for 26 years. Paul built up a portfolio of student accommodation back in 2003 whilst he was a student. He then successfully developed many residential projects from the ground upwards giving him an excellent knowledge in construction. Paul was appointed to set up a renewable energy company in 2014. At the end of its first year, Paul had acquired 20 development sites to be used solely for solar farms. Once he obtained planning consent and completed the construction the whole portfolio had a combined value of £100million. Paul has since returned to his roots, founding Brundell Property and specialises in creating property investments.

Kosy Living is a property development business in the alternative residential sector, specialising in sourcing, developing and operating assets within the 'Living Sector" We believe the top four sectors within the 'Living Sector' are Co Living, PBSA, Later Living & BTR. We have a wealth of experience within the business totaling over 80 years, from site finding through to the planning and legal processes, as well as project development, disposal or long term management of completed schemes.
