Paul is responsible for the technology team at Avant. Avant has a full suite of in-house technology ranging from customer-facing front-end, loan servicing and treasury systems, as well as a dedicated custom CRM system for their internal operations center. He leads the technology leadership team responsible for management, process definition, recruiting, and growth.
