Paula Moulton is an award-winning winemaker, published author, and acclaimed journalist. She has made guest appearances on the Today Show, NBC, CBS, FOX and the Wine Enthusiast. As a trendsetter in the industry, Paula is a first-generation grape farmer in Napa Valley, and one of the first women to receive the prestigious wine management degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. She holds the unique distinction of being recognized alongside Julia Child as “Women in the World of Gastronomy” by Le Cordon Bleu.
Based in Sonoma, California, Moulton spends her time speaking on wine trends, wine pairing, and choosing a bottle to impress the snobbiest of swirlers, regardless of price. Her goal: to end the fear associated with picking the “wrong” wine by empowering every aspiring wine aficionado with her Moulton Method of Wine.
Moulton holds a BA from U. C. Berkeley, an AS in viticulture from Santa Rosa Junior College, and a Wine Management degree from Le Cordon Bleu. Her previous book, Seasons Among the Vines, chronicles her California wine grape–growing years.
