Pete Deoudes is the Director of Marketing of XML Financial Group. He serves on the firm’s Leadership and Operations Committees. Pete has over 20 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to XML, he was Vice President of Investor Relations at American Capital, where he was responsible for formulating and leading the strategy, management and execution of the investor relations program. Before American Capital, Pete was a Vice President in Finance at Capital One, where he spent 12 years in a variety of roles in External Reporting, Strategic Planning, Regulatory and Investor Relations. Pete started his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse in Washington, D.C.
