I am the cofounder and CEO of Carpedia International, a global management consulting firm built to help the leaders of high-performing organizations physically implement improvements in their processes, management systems, and organizational behaviors. Carpedia has an exceptional track record and a strong reputation for delivering results. Being a management consultant requires a very different skillset than being a manager. A good deal of the last thirty years has been trying to figure out how to bridge that gap. My new book, Results Not Reports, published by Forbes Books, is an attempt to articulate what I’ve learned personally, and what we’ve learned as a company, helping high-performance organizations implement change. It’s written for executives, but it just might also be useful for young parents who find themselves having to coach their own kids.

"Shortages, delays, and increased costs are inevitable," he states. Rerouting vessels may add transit time and congestion, with costs passed down the supply chain, impacting sales and customer service.
