Phil Lazarus | Source | Head of VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) at Lendlease

Phil is Lendlease’s Head of VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) for the Americas Region. Based in our Chicago office, he is responsible for all VDC staff and resourcing in the Americas. In this National role, Phil aspires to unify the Region’s digital operations to drive enhancements in project delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance and customer experience. A Licensed Architect with 25 years of industry experience, Phil merges his understanding of design and construction technology with a deep knowledge of real estate and capital project fundamentals. His broad technical skills are matched by diverse experience across geographies and project types, having amassed a residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, stadium and aviation portfolio throughout Asia, The Middle East, and The United States.
