Pola has worked as a Product Owner at Novakid since December 2021. She is responsible for the strategy and development of the mobile application for parents and students. Her goal is to efficiently cooperate with all the relevant departments in the company in order to understand and fulfil the clients' needs. She has extensive experience in software development, UX design, product management, and business analysis gained through positions she has held in Poland and Denmark. She is passionate about web/mobile applications development, agile/lean approach and marketing. Pola is proud to be a Dare IT Mentor in the field of product management. Dare IT is an organization that encourages and supports women to start and develop their career in the IT industry. Pola’s biggest asset is that she has worked with products of web/mobile/desktop applications, embedded systems and hardware solutions from a variety of different industries - e-commerce, home automation, automotive, industry 4.0, logistics, medicine, entertainment, service and exhibitions - from startups to corporations from 20+ countries. Prior to joining Novakid, Pola was the Head of Product at Esvelo where she was responsible for discovering, defining, and designing external and internal products (mainly blockchain-based) through close cooperation with developers, UX/UI designers and marketing specialists. Before this, Pola was the Product Owner (eCommerce) at LPP S.A. where she led two teams (Payments & Big Data). She has held positions of Product Owner and Scrum Master at Blast Lab ltd; was a Product Manager at Indoor Navi; and was a Product Manager/Owner at Restea Polska Sp. z o.o.
