Prasanna Arikala is a passionate technologist with over 20 years of experience in software product development, product management, engineering, technology, and leadership.

Prasanna is a pragmatic leader, creative thinker, programmer at heart, and an enthusiastic problem solver. He has worked extensively on building SaaS products, massively scalable architectures, machine learning, and AI-driven platforms.

As the CTO and Head of Product, Prasanna is responsible for leading product development, building high-performance teams, drive innovation and product strategy. Being the first employee, he was responsible for building 400+ member strong engineering, product and R&D teams based out of India. For the past eight years, Prasanna and team have been building conversational AI platform that has been positioned as a leader in magic quadrant, along with a suite of products transforming digital workplace and contact centers using conversational AI.

Prior to Kore.ai, worked with teams across India and US in building enterprise scale products.
