Rachel Bimbi is a Product Manager who has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world to deliver market leading Chatbots and Voice Assistant. Rachel has been working with Conversational AI's since 2017 when she led the pilot and productionisation of NatWest Group’s Cora. As Senior AI Product Manager, Rachel launched Cora into five channels, and three brands, supporting over 5.5M customer conversations annually.
