Rachel Fellowes | Source | Chief Wellbeing Officer at Aon

Rachel has joined Aon as their first global Chief Wellbeing Officer. Fellowes joins Aon after nearly 20 years of experience working as a management consultant. She founded Yoke, a consultancy that specializes in organizational performance and wellbeing, and served as its managing director since 2015, delivering solutions to global clients to build resilient and sustainable workplace cultures. Fellowes also developed the Human Sustainability Index (HSI), a performance tracker of corporate wellbeing that will now play a big role in Aon's wellbeing offerings.
