Rachel Stevens has worked as a Staff Attorney and Professor of Law with the Environmental Advocacy Clinic and, more recently, with the Environmental Justice Clinic since graduating from VLS in 2013 and completing the two-year LLM fellowship program. She works with communities to fight polluting developments such as fossil fuel and natural gas infrastructure, biomass, waste incinerators, asphalt plants, rock crushers, and paper mills, and advocates for stronger public health protections for communities exposed to lead, pesticides, PFAS, and other toxins.
